Cancellation policy

What you're signing up for. Squish of the Month is a recurring monthly box. Classic is $29.99 a month and Deluxe is $54.99 a month, plus shipping at the actual USPS rate shown at checkout.

Billing and renewal. We charge your payment method when you join. Your subscription then renews automatically and is charged on about that same date every month until you cancel, at the price shown when you signed up, plus shipping. If the price ever changes, we email you first.

Shipping. Boxes ship by the 10th of every month. Join by the 5th to get that month's box. Each charge pays for the next box to ship.

Skip, pause or cancel. You can skip a month, pause or cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing info@littlefirtoys.com. Changes made before your next renewal apply to that renewal. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund boxes already charged.

Returns. Boxes are surprise boxes, so an opened box is final sale. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo to info@littlefirtoys.com and we'll replace it or refund you.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know. Your box ships once payment goes through.
