Refund policy

Unopened items. Unopened items in original packaging get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email info@littlefirtoys.com and we'll send a return label.

Blind-box and mystery items. Once opened, blind-box and mystery items are final sale — that's the mystery part. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. No box-return hassle: just send a photo.

Authenticity. Every item leaves here brand-new and authentic. If you ever doubt what you received, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refund timing. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days of the return arriving (or, for damage claims, of your photo).
