Where we ship from. Every order ships from our shop in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Handling time. In-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed to you when the label prints.
Rates. Choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout. We charge the actual USPS rate with no markup, and you see the exact price before you pay.
Pre-orders. Anything marked Pre-order is a toy we are getting in soon. It ships as soon as it lands with us, in the order received, and the listing shows the expected timing when we have it.
